How Andrew and Zach’s Love Story Began
Leading up to their rainy wedding day in San Luis Obispo, Andrew and Zach started casually dating October 2018. The two didn’t expect things to get serious. Andrew was planning on moving to LA and Zach was finishing up school. But in March of 2019 something shifted and Andrew and Zach knew they had something special. Something that they couldn’t pass up!
Their first date was playing Mario Kart online at their separate houses. The legend goes Zach won every round, but who really knows. (wink*) Their first in person date was at a restaurant called Lucy’s where Zach locked himself out of his car, and shimmied a tree branch through a crack in his window to unlock it. Talk about the perfect, slightly embarrassing but real moment to get to know each other!
As their wedding day approached, the green hills of San Luis Obispo begged for more rain. This created the most intimate and romantic ambiance for Andrew and Zach’s wedding day but called for Yvonne Goll Photography to get creative.
The wedding party dressed up in a beautiful, monochromatic white ensemble while Zach’s suit was embellished in cherry blossoms. While the rain came down, the crew gathered inside the barn at Flying Caballos Ranch for an incredible wedding party photo session. Their wedding weekend continues at Hotel San Luis Obispo and they said “I do” on their friend’s property at Edna Valley Ranch.
